Once you book your pet's trip, you will receive an invoice via email for the 50% deposit. The trip will not be booked until this deposit is paid. Ground Transportation: 50% due at booking and then 50% due 1 week prior to pickup. Flight Nanny: Two days before travel, another invoice will be sent for 25%, and the final 25% payment will be due upon delivery. Please note that the quoted price is only valid for 3 days from the date it was sent.
