Ground Transport Services & Travel

Are there any breed restrictions? No breed discrimination! We proudly welcome all breeds—including Chows, Rottweilers, Akitas, Shepherds, and Pit Bull breeds. Every pet deserves safe, comfortable travel, and we ensure equal care for all dogs, no matter their breed.

What areas do you service? We provide local and long-distance ground transport. Availability varies based on location, so please contact us to check if we service your area.

Will my pet travel alone or with other animals? •If you book our Luxury Lane (Private Transport) – your pet will travel alone in the vehicle with direct, stress-free transport to their destination. •If you book our Comfort Cruise (Group Transport) – your pet will travel with a small, carefully selected group of pets following a structured route with planned rest stops.

Does my pet need a health certificate for ground transport? No health certificate or specific vaccinations are required for ground transport. However, we encourage pet parents to keep their pets up to date on vaccinations for their safety.

Can I track my pet’s journey? Yes! We provide real-time travel updates via text, call, or email, so you’ll always know how your pet’s journey is going. You can also track us using GPS.

Pricing & Payment What payment methods do you accept? Payment Breakdown: ✔ 50% deposit required at booking to secure transport. ✔ 25% due two days before travel to finalize arrangements. ✔ Remaining 25% balance due upon safe delivery of your pet. ✔ All transactions incur a 5% processing fee. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. However, you may reschedule for a later transport date if needed. We accept all major credit cards, Zelle and PayPal

What if my pet needs extra stops or special accommodations? We’re happy to customize your pet’s journey! Additional fees may apply for: ✔ Extra potty/stretch breaks beyond standard stops ✔ Feeding requests during transport ✔ Medication administration or other special care

Can multiple pets be transported together? Yes! We can transport multiple pets to the same destination. If your pets can safely share a travel crate, we offer discounts for combined transport. If separate kennels are needed, an additional fee will apply.

What happens if there are travel delays? While we strive to stay on schedule, unexpected delays due to weather, traffic, or road closures can happen. We will keep you updated and make every effort to ensure a smooth journey.

Will my pet have potty breaks during the trip? Absolutely! We schedule regular rest stops at pet-friendly locations to allow pets to stretch, hydrate, and relieve themselves.

Do you also provide flight nanny services? We do provide flight transportation as well, be sure to check our section on flights.
